On October 9, 2025, within the framework of the “ZZZ – Together for Green Advocacy for Environmental Protection” project, a three-hour online session was held, dedicated to co-creating green transformation in social work.

A total of 18 mentors participated in the session — 8 from the Center for Social Initiatives “Nadezh” and 10 from the Association of Social Workers of Macedonia – ZSRM, Skopje.

The session was facilitated by Marina Mateska, who through coaching, mentoring, learning by doing, and action learning encouraged mentors to reflect, share experiences, and generate ideas for sustainable change.

💡 The mentors worked on:

✨ guiding activities with initiative implementers,

✨ strengthening active listening skills,

✨ defining their personal and collective role in the eco-social transformation process.

The session was creative, interactive, and inspiring, filled with energy, collaboration, and a shared vision for change.

At the end, the mentors jointly created this “living sentence,” which perfectly reflects their common goal:

“The transformation in our professional and personal actions can become highly meaningful in our daily lives and for future generations.”

Together, we continue walking toward a more sustainable, green, and humane society. 🌿
