On December 4, 2025, the third meeting of the Mentoring Forums for Eco-Social Transformation was held at the Civic Resource Center – CRC. The meeting brought together dedicated mentors united by a shared vision of creating a more sustainable, greener, and fairer society.
The meeting was marked by open and honest discussions, exchange of experiences, and joint mapping of the systems and practices we aim to transform. Through an interactive and participatory approach, participants worked on defining the role and characteristics of a mentor for eco-social transformation, addressing the key question: what kind of mentor do we need to foster real change?
During the day, the next steps were jointly planned, with a particular focus on strengthening the mentors’ network and mutual support among its members. The atmosphere was characterized by strong team energy, a sense of belonging, and collaboration, with each participant contributing their knowledge, professionalism, and personal perspective.
The Mentoring Forums once again confirmed the importance of shared learning and cooperation as a foundation for eco-social transformation. The commitment and engagement of the mentors represent a key driving force for creating changes that are sustainable, inclusive, and oriented toward the well-being of communities.
We continue together to inspire, support, and build a community that leads toward a green and sustainable future for all.
ℹ️ The meeting was organized by the Association of Social Workers of Macedonia – ZSRM, Skopje and Center for Social Initiatives “Nadez”, within the project “ZZZ – Together for Green Advocacy for Environmental Protection”, coordinated by the Center for Youth Activism KRIK, and funded by the Government of Switzerland through the Civica Mobilitas program.
